No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns accepted. Packages lost or stolen are to be investigated by the customer. Growing Elegance will provide the tracking number and shipping carrier for investigation. If you have an order that states it has been delivered and you have not received that order, it is up to the customer to do an investigation on that order.
